Our Health and Safety policy was formulated in response to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all its associated legislation.

It is recognised that the overall authority and control of safety rests with the clients senior representative on site, the Directors of DENMAN Instrumentation Ltd also recognise that the promotion of safe systems of work and the provision of safe places of work are considerable importance for the protection of the Health and Safety of their employees and others. The Company will therefore undertake to ensure that all reasonable measures are taken to achieve and maintain high standards of compliance with physical and environmental requirements. Appropriate preventative and protective measures are, and will continue to be, implemented following the identification of work related hazards and assessment of the risks related to them.

Every employee of DENMAN Instrumentation Ltd has a legal duty and a responsibility to act with due regard for their own and others Health and Safety and will co-operate with management to create safe working conditions. Sub-contractors will also be required to work in such a manner that their own Health and Safety policy and that of DENMAN Instrumentation Ltd is not compromised.

The Company, in addition to providing facilities, will develop through training and supervision a responsible attitude to health and safety in all concerned. Resources will be provided, so far as reasonably practicable, to achieve these aims but success will also depend on the co-operation of the workforce and sub-contractors.
